Abstract

The new tools provided by information and communications technologies, provide us with comprehensive solutions based on embedded hardware and small sizes, providing ease in certain applications where power is required at low cost and energy consumption, as is the case of microbit devices, which provides an inertial sensor where you can analyze the different movements that a person can perform, such as walking speed, the different inclinations that can be made, for which it works with very intuitive programming languages, allowing to configure the device for each particular situation that depends on the needs of each person, the present a methodology to be able to exploit this device in the monitoring and control of gait, with which it can be used by patients to have a means of monitoring when they are in rehabilitation processes, the results and conclusions are dedicated to being able to explain how the hardware can be exploited in various medical uses.
