Sharing images and videos is a challenge today, due to the need to have computational tools based on hardware and software, making the use of image and video analysis and processing systems expensive, mainly when we analyze medical images, we present a solution based on low-cost solutions known as NAS devices, which has been configured to store and process medical images and to be able to share these images through programs for viewing images and video, as well as being able to share images through image transmission protocols and through QR codes, with which a low-cost functional PACS system is available that can provide storage, processing and sharing medical images, in the results we present the configuration and operating modes as well as in the conclusions we present the usefulness and scalability of the proposal.
