OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Obtener plántulas de Macrocystis pyrifera con una alta viabilidad de crecimiento frente a situaciones ambientales adversas
Obtener plántulas de Macrocystis pyrifera con una alta viabilidad de crecimiento frente a situaciones ambientales adversas
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS:
1. Prospeccionar praderas de M. pyrifera donde se ubicaran por rasgos fenotípicos individuos quiméricos, se cuantificaran y con ello se determinaría el porcentaje de quimerismo poblacional
2. Determinar la heterogeneidad genética de las plántulas
