N2 - Global warming is affecting most of the countries, with more emphasis on those that are on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean, as is the case of Peru, where the warming of the sea waters is occurring more frequently, which causes a considerable increase in rainfall, causing mainly the overflow of rivers. In order to provide assistance to the affected population, various information is required, ranging from satellite images of the different space missions, to know the effect in general, as well as images of the river areas and the affected population, in order to make decisions related to the aid to be provided. In the present work, developed a low cost system to organize the information coming from the different media, by means of the configuration of a storage system 'NASS', a platform can be organized for the loading and unloading of diverse images, videos or information that is considered important for the evaluation of the damages, this system is found in lines so that it has access in real time, The system allows to configure access, create profiles for people in the affected areas where they can show the help they require, as well as information of collaborating entities where they can provide information that can mitigate the effects of these phenomena, the proposal can be used and scaled to different situations that are considered emergency.
