Abstract
The study explores the relationship between sustainable en-trepreneurship and social commitment of the textile company COFACO Industries S.A.C.; that is, the voluntary responsibili-ty of the company to address market needs through a sustain-able business model. For this purpose, a survey was applied to 246 collaborators using a non-experimental design methodolo-gy and a quantitative approach, obtaining a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0,816 and 0,846, respectively. As a result, Spear-man's rho coefficient showed a moderate to high correlation for the hypotheses proposed, confirming that adequate management of sustainable entrepreneurship in its three dimensions is key for the development of the company's social commitment, facil-itating the identification of new opportunities and trends that support its competitiveness without compromising future social needs. Likewise, companies should continue getting to know and adapting to their internal and external environment, so that they can detect new opportunities to continue implementing ac-tions that continue contributing to and improving the relation-ship between both variables (sustainable entrepreneurship and social commitment), as well as developing commercial initia-tives that ensure the necessary resources for the proper perfor-mance of the company.
